Thank you for choosing 5 Stones Florist. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery procedures within Singapore to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.


1. Delivery Areas & Schedule

We provide delivery across Singapore, including all residential, commercial, and hotel addresses.

  • Delivery: Orders placed on weekends will be delivered the next available business day.

We do not deliver on Singapore public holidays. Deliveries scheduled for a public holiday will be automatically moved to the next business day.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on your selected time slot and location at checkout.

Free Delivery is available for all orders over $100 SGD (before GST) to central zones.

3. Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure our florists have ample time to source the freshest blooms and craft your arrangement, please place your orders by the following times:

  • Delivery: Order by 6:00 PM SGT the previous day

4. Delivery Process & Recipient Instructions

  • If no one is available, our courier will:

    1. Attempt to leave the bouquet in a discreet, safe location (e.g., with a concierge, security, or neighbour).

    2. Take a photo as proof of delivery and notify you via SMS/WhatsApp.

    3. For perishable items, we cannot hold arrangements for re-delivery without a re-delivery fee.

  • Please ensure the delivery address and recipient contact number are 100% accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer. A re-delivery fee will apply for corrections.

5. Guaranteed On-Time Delivery

We stand by our promise: Guaranteed on-time delivery.

  • This guarantee applies if we fail to deliver within your confirmed 4-hour delivery window due to our error.

  • It does not cover delays caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, traffic accidents).

6. Special Instructions & Gift Messages

  • You may add a free gift message during checkout. We will include a handwritten card with your bouquet.

  • For specific delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave with security," "Call upon arrival"), please use the "Order Notes" section at checkout.

7. Tracking & Notifications

You will receive automated notifications via email and/or SMS at key stages:

  1. Order Confirmation (immediately after purchase)

  2. Order Prepared & Dispatched

  3. Out for Delivery (with courier contact details)

  4. Successful Delivery (with photo proof, where possible)

8. Corporate & Bulk Orders

For corporate gifting, weddings, or events requiring multiple deliveries or special logistics, please contact us directly at hello@5stonesflorist.com.sg at least 5 business days in advance for a customised quote and delivery plan.
